Sessions with "The Maverick"

If you are interested in an Innovative workout that promotes Strength & Flexibility at the same time, this program is for you.  You will challenge muscles you didn't even know you had.  "The Maverick" was named because of it's uniqueness and it's rebel style.  This is not mainstream typical strength training.  Troy will lead you through a challenging workout with The Maverick in a way that is fit for any skill level.  Don't worry, The Maverick is fit for beginners and elite alike. 

Contact Inside Out to schedule a single tune up session.  This is for the client who needs just a little extra help.  Maybe it's a shoulder or knee pain, or maybe it's working on that squat technique.  Ready to learn a new balance drill, breathing drill, or freshen up your current routine.  

Contact Inside Out to discuss a 3 month training program. This is for the client who wants a jump start on health and performance. Maybe your current routine is not giving you the results you want. Maybe pain is lingering or gains are not being made. Let's discuss how often we should meet based on your individual needs and desires. 

Contact Inside Out to discuss a 6 month training program. This is for the client who is looking for long term health and performance. You value development and fundamentals. A long term relationship allows for more time to develop new skills and improve on health conditions. In addition, this program is best suited for clients who need long term accountability.  You may have an idea on what you could do for your workout, but you need someone to guide you through safe and effective methods.  Oh, and you really like being at Inside Out.
